Registration Information

District-wide Service, Individual Attention!

Welcome to Early County School System, home of the Bobcats! Registration for students will be conducted at the Central Registration Office. We strive to make the registration process as easy as possible for all families in Early County. To attend a school in the Early County School System, new students and their families must complete a Two-Step Process.

Step 1 – Registration: Parent/guardians must visit the Central Registration Office to complete all required forms and provide the required documentation. The family will register all of their school-aged children during this one visit. 

Step 2 – Enrollment: Parents/guardians and students will visit the assigned school to obtain class assignments, schedules, and other information unique to the school.

Pre-K registration for the 2023-2024 school year will begin on January 23, 2023, from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM Monday- Friday. Registration for students will be conducted at the Central Registration Office, located in Early County Administrative and Training Site (ECATS), 40 Harold Ragan Drive, Blakely, GA 39823. Packets can be downloaded or picked up at ECATS starting at 8:00 a.m. on January 23, 2023.  

23-24 Pre-K Registration Packet

Please note: 

• Your packet will not be accepted unless ALL the required documents are included.

• Your child will not have a spot until ALL the required documents have been received.

• Your child must be 4 years old on or by Sept.1st for Pre-K. 

2022-2023 Registration Deadlines  for Kindergarten - 12th Grade

Early Registration

01/23/23 - 06/30/23 ~ Students who have completed the registration process, turned in all required documents, and records from the previous school have been received will be scheduled to start school on the 1st day.

Late Registration

07/03/23 - 07/28/23 ~ There is no guarantee of starting school on the 1st day after the 07/28/23 deadline has passed. Even if the student has completed the registration process, turned in all required documents, and records from the previous school have been received. Students will be contacted as to what day to start school.

Note: No student in grades 6-12 can start school without the previous school’s records being received by Early County School System.

• Completed School Registration Packet

• Parent/Guardian Proof of Identification (Photo ID)

• Proof of Residency

• Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231)

• Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutrition (Form 3300)

• Birth Certificate (Certified Copy)

• Social Security Card

• Official Academic Transcript (7th – 12th Only)

• Official Academic Disciplinary Record (7th – 12th Only)

• Official Academic Attendance Record (7th – 12th Only)
