Complete Your Annual Update

Each year, parents and guardians must complete the Annual Update to confirm household information and sign off on the student handbook.

Click on the icon to the left complete your Annual Update.

Step 1

Step 1: Log in to your Parent Portal account.

Step 2: Click on the menu on the left side of the page, then click on "More" at the bottom. 

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the next menu that pops up and click on "Annual Update".

Step 4:  The Annual Update will walk you through 4 steps:

Student(s) Primary Household - home phone, home address, and mailing address. If you need to make a change to an address you must upload verification documentation. 

Legal Parent/Guardian - contact information for legal guardians in the household.

Emergency Contact - contact information for your emergency contacts. You have the ability to add up to 4 contacts that are not the parent/guardians.

Student - demographics, contact relationships, health services, and Student Handbook Acknowledgment.

Step 5

A webpage displays an 'Annual Update' form with a 'Submit' button.

Step 5:  After reviewing each section, make any changes necessary and then click "Save/Continue" to move to the next section until you reach the end of the page. Then click "Save/Continue" to move to the next step until you finish all 4 sections. 

When you are finished reviewing all the steps, click the "Submit" section.
