Registration for the 2025 - 2026 school year begins Tuesday, January 21, 2025. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

 ✅ Completed packets must be brought directly to the Central Registration Office at the Early County Administrative and Training Site (ECATS), 40 Harold Ragan Drive, Blakely.

✅ Your packet will not be accepted unless ALL the required documents are included and your child will not have a spot until a completed packet is turned in. 

✅ Your child must be 4 years old on or by September 1, 2025 to enroll in Pre-K or 5 years old on or by September 1, 2025 to enroll in Kindergarten.

✅ The Central Registration Office will accept completed packets Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. 


General Registration Information

Welcome to Early County School System, home of the Bobcats! Registration for students will be conducted at the Central Registration Office. We strive to make the registration process as easy as possible for all families in Early County. To attend a school in the Early County School System, new students and their families must complete a Two-Step Process.


Step 1 – Registration: Parent/guardians must visit the Central Registration Office to complete all required forms and provide the required documentation. The family will register all of their school-aged children during this one visit. 


Step 2 – Enrollment: Parents/guardians and students will visit the assigned school to obtain class assignments, schedules, and other information unique to the school.

Transfer Student Note: 

No student in grades 7-12 can start school without the previous school’s records being received by Early County School System.

Early Registration: 

1/21/25 - 07/25/25 ~ Students who have completed the registration process, turned in all required documents, and records from the previous school have been received will be scheduled to start school on the 1st day.

Late Registration: 

7/28/25 - 08/08/25 ~ There is no guarantee of starting school on the 1st day after the 08/09/24 deadline has passed. Even if the student has completed the registration process, turned in all required documents, and records from the previous school have been received. Students will be contacted as to what day to start school.
