Free Athletic Physicals Provided by PCSG - May 1

Attention Bobcat Athletes & Families! Primary Care will be on the ECHS campus Friday, May 1 to provide FREE athletic physicals for all student-athletes! This is a great opportunity to get everything taken care of for the upcoming school year.
Important Info:
Physicals completed after April 1, 2026 will be valid for the entire 2026–2027 school year
Any physical completed before that date will expire during next school year
What You Need to Do:
All 4 required forms must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian
Forms must be turned in at the physical
* We STRONGLY advise that students bring all completed forms to your coach by Thursday, April 30 and then the coaches can sign where they need to and they will bring forms to the check-in table on the day of physicals.
