We are proud to share that Mrs. Natalie McCord, our Student Support Specialist, was one of only 35 applicants selected from across the state to participate in the prestigious Special Education Administrator Development Academy (ADA)!

Throughout this year, Mrs. McCord has attended ADA sessions while also leading and working alongside our paraprofessionals as part of her culminating project. Yesterday, she presented her final project and officially “graduated” from the academy.

A special thank you to Mrs. Marva Smith-Mincey, Director of the EC Program for Exceptional Children, who traveled to support Mrs. McCord as she presented and relayed that, "Mrs. McCord represented Early County exceptionally well!".
